Quality Objectives

Quality objectives of the National Anti-Doping Laboratory for 2020:

  • to comply with requirements of GOST ISО/IEC 17025-2019;
  • to comply with requirements of STB ISO 15189-2015;
  • to reorganize the departments of the laboratory, with the possibility of conducting research on doping tests;
  • in order to optimize the activity of the laboratory to review the activities and eliminate inefficient;
  • to develop and/or update methods for the determination of substances prohibited in sports in human biological material;
  • to extend the scope of accreditation in terms of methods for the analysis of substances prohibited in sports in human biological material (GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019);
  • to update the scope of accreditation (GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019);
  • to pass in the prescribed manner a periodic assessment of competence (GOST ISO / IEC 17025-2019);
  • to extend the scope of accreditation (STB ISO 15189-2015) to methods for determining ESR, cytomorphological blood tests, biochemical blood tests, chemico-toxicological methods;
  • to conduct chemico-toxicological studies (at least 600 studies per year), including on a paid basis;
  • to conduct hematological and biochemical blood tests (at least 1,500 studies per year);
  • to conduct the clinical stages of bioequivalence studies of drugs on a clinical base (at least 10 studies per year);
  • to conduct analytical stages of bioequivalence studies of drugs on an analytical basis (at least 10 studies per year);
  • to conduct tests of BADS, specialized food products for nutrition of athletes and medicines according to methods made to the scope of accreditation, on a commercial basis;
  • to hold proficiency testing schemes for medical and pharmaceutical laboratories (at least 3 per year);
  • to form the scope of accreditation and proficiency testing schemes with the aim of accrediting the laboratory for compliance with GOST ISO / IEC 17043-2013;
  • to conduct training seminars for medical and pharmaceutical laboratories in order to improve the literacy (at least 3 per year);
  • to pass licensing for educational activities according to established order; to conduct at least one education training program;
  • to keep update information on the official website;
  • to improve the personnel management system by further introducing electronic document management;
  • to improve continuously an effectiveness of our activities through continuous training of employees (to improve the qualification of at least 50 % of employees);
  • to fulfill our obligations to customers in a qualified and timely manner (no complaints from the customer);
  • to ensure that all employees understand the significance of work performed and realize responsibility for the quality of work performed through continuous internal training;
  • to ensure the confidence in the work carried out by the National Anti-Doping Laboratory (customer satisfaction with the quality of provided work no less than 85%);
  • to carry out regular monitoring to assess the effectiveness of the use of the resources of the Laboratory, as well as with the aim of implementing preventive actions / corrective actions plans aimed at increasing the satisfaction of all categories of employees and customers.
