Quality Objectives

Quality objectives of the National Anti-Doping Laboratory for 2018:

  • to comply with requirements of STB ISО/IEC 17025-2007;
  • to apply for and to pass accreditation for compliance with the requirements of STB ISO 15189-2015 according to established order;
  • to create the Republican Center for Laboratory Diagnostics on the functional basis of the National Anti-Doping Laboratory and to ensure its functioning;
  • to conduct chemical toxicological studies for establishments of health within budget financing according to the procedures included in the scope of accreditation;
  • to conduct chemical toxicological studies on a commercial basis;
  • to develop, validate and introduce in the scope of accreditation test methods for determination of substances prohibited in sport in food products;
  • to conduct at least 20 clinical stages of bioequivalence studies;
  • to conduct at least 20 analytical stages of bioequivalence studies;
  • to conduct at least 20 biostatistical stages of bioequivalence studies;
  • to hold at least 4 training workshops for pharmaceutical and medical laboratories to improve proficiency level;
  • to conduct at least 4 programs of proficiency testing for pharmaceutical and medical laboratories (including international quality control for medical laboratories);
  • to improve continuously an activities effectiveness (to improve the qualification of at least 25% of employees);
  • to fulfill obligations to the customers in a qualified and timely manner (absence of claims from the customers);
  • to conduct monthly administrative rounds to assess the efficiency of resource use at the National Anti-Doping Laboratory;
  • to pass licensing for educational activities according to established order;
  • to ensure that all employees understand the significance of work performed and realize responsibility for the quality of work performed through continuous internal training;
  • to ensure the confidence in the work carried out by the National Anti-Doping Laboratory (customer satisfaction with the quality of provided work no less than 85%);
  • to improve the personnel management system by coordinating the heads of departments.
